Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Booking online in advance secures your slot at the right branch, and the branch will contact you to confirm.
How do I know the price for my car?
Pricing depends on the car type and size, the service and the selected film. Request a quote or message us on WhatsApp and we will send you the details.
Are services covered by a warranty?
Yes, coverage depends on the product — for example, Carbon film carries a 10-year warranty and IR70 nano ceramic a lifetime warranty. Details are on your quote and warranty card.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. Contact the branch or WhatsApp us with your booking reference; our Booking & Cancellation Policy applies.
Do you serve buildings as well?
Yes. We provide thermal and glass safety films for commercial and residential buildings with American Johnson Window Films products, plus drone cleaning for high façades.
Where are your branches?
We have four branches: Jeddah (Al Nahdah), Riyadh (Al Muruj), Makkah (Al Awali) and Al Khobar (Al Olaya).
Car Thermal Window Film
What is the difference between Carbon and IR70 nano ceramic?
Carbon delivers 36%–63% heat rejection with a 10-year warranty. Johnson Window Films IR70 rejects 95% of infrared, delivers 42%–65% heat rejection with high clarity and a lifetime warranty.
Does the film affect visibility?
Both options are designed for clear inside-out visibility, and our technician helps you choose the right shade for your car and usage.
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Does PPF change the car color?
No. The film is clear and yellowing-resistant; it keeps the original color while enhancing the paint gloss.
Which coverage options are available?
Three options: front quarter (40 cm), full front (complete hood and fenders), or full-body protection.
Nano Ceramic Coating
Can nano ceramic be combined with PPF?
Yes, they can be combined; our technician recommends the right sequence for your car after inspection.
Building Window Film
Do you serve residential or only commercial buildings?
Both commercial and residential buildings. Request a quote and we will arrange a site survey.
