1. Services
Services are delivered at authorised PR branches. Options may vary by branch, and the technician recommends the right solution after inspecting the car or site.
2. Prices and quotes
Published prices (if any) are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes are valid for the period stated; the final price may change if the car or site condition differs from what was described.
3. Bookings
An online booking request means we have received it; it is confirmed once the branch contacts you. Bookings are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
4. Traffic regulations
The customer must choose window-film shades permitted by Saudi regulations; our technician will advise.
5. Warranty
Warranty is subject to our Warranty Policy and the warranty card of each product.
6. Payment
When online payment is enabled, payments are processed by a licensed gateway. The refund policy published at that time applies.
7. Intellectual property
All site content and the PR mark belong to PR | Private Professional. Johnson Window Films and other marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we offer.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website, and we apply due professional care in delivering services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
